About This Event
Set in the Cerdanya region of the Spanish Pyrenees, Lles Xtrail stands out as one of Spain's highest-altitude trail races, with the start line positioned at 2,000 meters elevation at the Cap del Rec refuge. The race showcases the pristine wilderness of Lles, a municipality where the majority of terrain is forested, creating an ideal playground for trail runners. The event guides runners through spectacular natural landmarks including the Vall de la Llosa, Molí del Salt waterfall, the natural viewpoint of El Pradell, and the Llacs de la Pera lakes. The crown jewel is the ascent to Tossa Plana de Lles at 2,916 meters, offering runners some of the most extensive high-altitude running in the country. With five distance options ranging from a 7K introduction to the new flagship 58K ultra, Lles Xtrail caters to runners of all levels while maintaining its character as a true mountain challenge. The event's location at the Nordic ski station provides a unique alpine atmosphere for what has become a celebrated fixture in the Spanish trail running calendar.
