The Grampians Peaks Trail 100 Miler showcases Australia's newest world-class trail running destination in the rugged wilderness of Gariwerd (Grampians National Park). This World Trail Majors series event traverses 100 miles from Mt Zero in the north to Dunkeld in the south, following the spectacular 162-kilometer Grampians Peaks Trail through varied terrain that defines this iconic mountain range. The race presents multiple formats to suit different running styles and experience levels, from solo 100-mile efforts to stage races spread over four days. The central township of Halls Gap serves as race headquarters, positioned three hours northwest of Melbourne. The event connects runners to remote wilderness areas where the rocky trail provides both challenge and safety through some of Australia's most stunning landscapes. As part of the prestigious World Trail Majors series and serving as a Hardrock 100 qualifier, the GPT100 has established itself among the world's premier ultra-trail events.
