About This Event
The Festival Trail Semois brings together trail running and music in the heart of Belgium's Ardennes region. Since 2007, this distinctive event has welcomed around 1,800 participants annually to the forests surrounding Herbeumont, combining serious trail racing with an exceptional post-race celebration that truly lives up to its tagline of being "Probably the Most Festive Trail." What sets this event apart is its comprehensive offering of distances and activities, featuring five trail races ranging from 9 to 70 kilometers, plus canicross options, hiking routes, and children's races. The courses traverse private properties and specially opened trails that are normally closed to the public, creating an exclusive racing experience through pristine Ardennes wilderness. The event concludes with concerts, DJ sets, BBQ dining, and an after-party that extends well into the evening. Proceeds benefit the Belgian Multiple Sclerosis League and Accueil Familial Luxembourg, adding meaningful purpose to the celebration.
