About This Race
This 60-kilometer mountain ultra follows ancient drove roads through the heart of the Cairngorms, visiting both major passes while staying below the highest peaks. The route combines well-defined paths and ATV tracks with sections of singletrack trail, reaching a maximum elevation of 700 meters. Despite the substantial elevation gain, the course avoids major climbs or descents, making Scotland's remote highland wilderness accessible to experienced ultra runners.
